Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process

  • Email hello@kohlect.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Follow the return instructions provided.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exclusions

  • Items marked "final sale" are non-returnable.

  • Products not returned in original condition or packaging may be refused.
