Shipping Policy

Kohlect ships within Canada and U.S. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

1. Shipping Methods & Rates Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

2. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Delays We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at hello@kohlect.com within 7 days. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

5. International Orders Customs duties and taxes may apply. Kohlect is not responsible for additional charges or delays caused by customs.
